Blade Assembly Replacement
- Disassemble the upper cover, handle assembly and comb.
- Carefully remove the blade axles inside the housing.
- Check and clean blades.
- Replace blades in housing, checking to ensure blades are set evenly across from each other.
- Secure cover back in place, reattach handle and comb unit.
- Turn handly clockwise to begin processing meat.
